Christine Wong is an Assistant Professor of Counseling at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. She received her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, M.A. in Community Counseling, and Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Wong enjoys teaching techniques and internship courses. Her research interests include spirituality in counseling and serving underrepresented populations. She currently provides substance use counseling services for individuals referred from the Bexar County specialty drug courts. In her free time, Dr. Wong enjoys drinking coffee, reading about the joys of gravitational singularity, and catching up on current political events.
