Dr. Gou received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, in December 2012. His research interest focuses on setup and computational implementation of mathematical models that study biological soft tissues or other applied areas. He solves new mathematical problems arising from the modeling work by means of numerical analysis, scientific computation, and mathematical analysis.  Dr. Gou also brings broad teaching experience. His three teaching objectives for students are a mastery of basic mathematical knowledge, effective problem-solving skills and critical mathematical thinking. He believes it is important to look for and appreciate the individual value of each student.Welcome to visit his Personal Website
