Clarissa Tejeda has worked within workforce development for over 10 years. Some areas of her expertise are within career exploration, personal branding, and leadership development. Her experience includes overseeing a Texas Workforce Commission funded employment program supporting 900+ youth within a 12 counties to now serving Texas A&M University-San Antonio as the Director of Employer Relations and Community Outreach within the Mays Center for Experiential Learning and Community Engagement. In her current role, she helps coordinate initiatives such as on-campus recruitment and professional development for current students and alumni. Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in Administration with a focus in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Our Lady of the Lake University. In addition, she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in which she provides one-on-one coaching and team building consultation to campus and community partners.
