Internship Program Overview


Advantage Solutions is hiring for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This internship is a 10-week program running from June 1st through August 7th, 2026. Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest while exposing them to broader career opportunities within the Company. While there is no guarantee of full-time employment, internships may lead to future opportunities within Advantage Solutions.


Position Summary
The Supply Chain Operations Intern provides day-to-day and project-based support to teams responsible for operational execution and supply chain processes. This role offers exposure to how data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration support product flow, operational efficiency, and retail execution within a consumer packaged goods environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support supply chain and operations teams with day-to-day activities and special projects
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and basic analytics related to operational performance and execution
• Review and audit operational documents, reports, and submissions for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support process improvement initiatives
• Assist in developing and maintaining reports, tools, and documentation that support operational needs
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to inventory flow, execution tracking, and operational efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs


Internship Criteria
• High School Diploma or GED
• Applicants must be attending an accredited four-year degree-granting institution or an accredited graduate Master’s or MBA program in the United States
• Applicants must be rising juniors, rising seniors, or working toward a graduate degree
• Applicants must be pursuing a Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, or IT-related major
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required


Compensation
The salary range for this role is $20.00 per hour.


Travel Requirements
Travel to St. Louis is required for two specific weeks:
• Kickoff Week: The week of June 1st
• Closing Week: The week of August 3rd
Transportation and lodging for these trips will be provided by Advantage Solutions.
