About the Internship Program
The FIIRE Student Internship Program connects students with meaningful opportunities to explore careers in commercial real estate, investment management, development, and finance. Students gain hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and valuable industry connections that help bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace.
About the Firm
SDS is an impact investment firm focused on preserving and developing affordable housing and community-oriented infrastructure across the US. Interns will support capital raising efforts for its majority woman-owned American South Real Estate Fund III and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the fundraising process.
