Internship Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a member of BakerRipley's Internship program, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking department dedicated to advance BakerRipley's impact in the Houston region.

Reporting to the agencies administrative based programs to support outreach efforts, program outcomes, administrative duties and other duties as assigned. The Administrative Internship is a pro-active and resourceful team member, who will assist in a diverse array of projects to support the team. This position will provide general office support and excellent customer service.

Expected Positive Outcomes

• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Conduct constituent research by completing requests in a timely manner, determining appropriate research methods, sources, and report formats.
• Prepare compelling profiles and summaries on prospects for gift officers and subject matter experts to support strategy development.
• Conduct research on industry best practices.


Essential Functions

• Maintain research findings in Salesforce, adhering to established business processes and ensuring data integrity.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
