Customer Service and Operations Intern


We are a full service wellness company located in the five boroughs and virtually, that offers classes such as yoga, pilates, zumba, bootcamp & more, wellness events, seminars & workshops, and one on one sessions. We have 16 locations in residential buildings, along with on-site clients such as corporate, resorts, retailers, etc and growing. We are looking for talented interns with a passion for fitness and wellness to join our team.


Role includes:
• Customer service
• Account Management
• CRM Management
• Social Media
• Creating visuals like flyers, business cards, email blasts
• Interviewing/hiring
• Staff management
• Scheduling
• Phone/Email
• Site visits
• Day-to-day management
• Event/workshop planning
• Creating and reaching KPI’s
• Business organization


- Overseeing team including: instructors, studio representatives, website and visual design, social media, marketing campaigns, events, etc
- Implementing training program for new recruits
- Account Management and customer service
- Sales
- Partner liaison
- Software and electronic files management


Must be:
- Organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and responsible
- Punctual
- Friendly upbeat personality
- Customer service oriented
- Computer savy
