On-Site Duties for Soccer School Days
Attend the soccer school held every Saturday (starts at 3 PM, approximately 3 hours of work including preparation and clean-up).
Tasks include:
• Ensuring the venue, coaches, and equipment are ready for the session.
• Being present during the school session to handle emergencies, communicate with parents, and take photos for social media.
• Cleaning up and storing equipment after the session.
Remote Duties During the Week
• Responding to inquiries and communications from participants and their parents.
• Managing marketing activities for the soccer school, including maintaining the official website, managing social media accounts, and promoting the school to the local Japanese community. On-site promotional activities may also be required.
• Scheduling and managing coaches.
• Regular communication with the facility management.
• Handling other tasks requested by the school.
Working Conditions
• Transportation costs covered for MTA usage. For those commuting by car, we can discuss arrangements individually.
• Working Hours:Saturday: Approximately 3 hours on-site during the soccer school session (subject to change depending on circumstances).
• Weekdays: Flexible remote work hours (e.g., a few hours per week).
• Employment Type: Internship. Open to part-time roles and students (Visa issuance or support is not provided).
Qualifications
• Language Skills:
• Japanese: Business-level proficiency.
• English: Business-level proficiency.
• Prior experience in soccer or sports-related activities is highly welcome.
• Work experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to adapt to various tasks.
