You will help create campaigns that are driven by strategy, grounded in research, and brought to life through ideas that shape, move, and inspire action. This program is designed for students who are curious about how influence works today — across technology, storytelling, creativity, and strategy.
About The Role
As a part of our team, you will work across multiple disciplines to support integrated communications work spanning campaigns, pitches, and client engagements. You’ll contribute to work designed to operate at the speed of business — helping translate insight, data, and ideas into clear, compelling outputs.
Working alongside strategists, researchers, digital experts, creatives, and advisors, this role offers hands-on exposure to how campaigns are built from the ground up, with opportunities to lean into areas that match your interests and strengths.

We’re looking for curious, motivated people who are excited by Brunswick's vision of integrated campaigns. Strong candidates come from a variety of academic and creative backgrounds and may be drawn to different parts of the work — from AI and technology to creative design, storytelling, or strategic thinking.
You Do Not Need To Have Experience In Every Area Below. Instead, We’re Interested In Candidates Who Bring Strength Or Passion In One Or More Of The Following
Creative & Design Interests
• Communicating ideas visually and creatively in contemporary formats
• Designing presentations or visual materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
• Creating short-form, multimedia, or video content
AI, Digital & Technical Curiosity
• Experimenting with or using generative AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, creative exploration, or basic coding
• Interest in how AI and emerging technologies can enhance communications, creativity, and strategy
• Understanding and engaging with major social and digital platforms
Strategy, Research & Ideas
• Translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
• Conducting research or synthesizing information to generate insight
• Thinking critically about audiences, narratives, and influence
Ways of Working
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, collaborative environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and analytical thinking, with attention to detail
• A willingness to learn, experiment, and contribute ideas
Why Join Us
The compensation for interns is $20/hr. If you are approved to work more than 40 hours in a week, you will be eligible for overtime pay.
Office Policy:
At Brunswick, our work is a craft that thrives in teaching environments. To facilitate learning, our policy is that interns are in the office five days each week.
