Marketing Intern (Part-Time), Carey & Co
Reports to: Chief Growth Officer Location: Remote, with preference to New York Metro Area Compensation: $20.00 per hour, up to 20 hours per week.


About the Role
Carey & Co is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the execution of our content and communications efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building hands-on experience in content marketing within a professional services environment.
You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to execute a defined content strategy, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness across channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Support day-to-day execution of the content calendar under CGO direction
· Draft, edit, schedule, and publish content across channels (blog, email, LinkedIn, Facebook) using approved briefs
· Route all content and campaign work for CGO approval prior to publishing
· Maintain consistency of voice and brand standards using approved templates and examples
· Track deadlines and campaign status; proactively flag risks or delays
· Assist with compiling monthly performance metrics (email, social, website)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
· Clear, concise writing and editing skills
· Comfort working within structured processes and approval workflows
· Interest in marketing, communications, or content strategy
· Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools is a plus
Additional Details
