Role Overview
We are hiring 1-2 interns as part of our U.S. launch program. This is not a typical internship—it is a growth-track opportunity with a clear path to full-time employment ($65K-$75K annually) and advancement to a manager role. Both part-time (during school) and full-time (post-graduation or summer) positions are available.
Responsibilities
• Support and execute growth marketing campaigns (digital ads, influencer partnerships, community activations)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, analytics dashboards) to optimize campaigns and workflows
• Collect and analyze user data (GA4, SQL, Excel, Mixpanel) to provide actionable insights
• Contribute to local marketing events in Seattle/Bellevue
• Share ideas directly with the founding team and take ownership of projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress); graduating seniors or recent graduates preferred
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required)
• Bilingual in Korean and English (preferred, not required)
• Strong interest in growth marketing, data analytics, and AI-driven tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership potential, and alignment with values of integrity, service, and purpose
• Proficiency in Python or SQL for data analysis and growth experimentation
Compensation & Growth Path
• Internship (Part-time or Full-time): $35-$45/hour (20-40 hrs/week, 3-6 months)
• Full-time Conversion: $65K-$75K annually + performance bonus + stock option opportunity
• Growth Path: Intern → Full-time Associate → Manager of Cashwalk USA (within 2-3 years)
• Work Environment: Modern office at KSC Seattle (10th floor) with opportunities to network with other global startups
