Job Description
Type: Remote
Objective/Goal: Learn about the construction process (phases, timing, deliverables) and importance of documentation. Communicate the value of consultative selling and building relationships at an industry-wide level. Connect material selection, material performance, and real-world applications to meet owner needs.
KPIs:
• Complete training and navigation within project lead software (Construct Connect). Develop the ability to filter documents to extrapolate competitive data.
• Formulate list of architects and designers who frequently specify competition (via Construct Connect) to deliver to field reps for future follow up.
• Creation of standard/fillable substitution request form for Ensemble Acoustical Drywall system- compiling with accompanying data for field use.
• Assist with the pilot implementation in testing AI “agents” through sampling of construction documents.
• Participate in one CEU/presentation per week with ASA/ASR/ACD colleagues.
• Assist driving messaging/brand positioning for Ensemble on social media by evaluating analytics for future activity and establishing cadence for delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient with excel, word, power point, forms, Teams.
• Ability to read construction documents (reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules)
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Students currently enrolled in Architectural or Interior Design programs
Timing: (8 weeks)
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
