About The Role
Join Angi's team of AI-native thinkers to help unlock capabilities across the organization. As an AI Adoption Intern, you will identify high-impact AI use cases, assist in building workflows, create training materials, and measure adoption. You will partner with employees to turn AI from a buzzword into a daily habit, moving from curiosity to confident daily use.
Key Responsibilities
• Discovery & Use Case Development: Embed with business teams to identify friction points and leverage; build detailed workflow maps; assist in configuring and refining AI agents; maintain prioritized backlogs of AI initiatives.
• Enablement & Training: Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, and office hours; contribute to onboarding materials; create playbooks, prompt guides, and workflow templates; capture feedback from pilots.
• Measurement & Reporting: Track adoption metrics (tool usage, training completion, engagement); synthesize findings into reports; identify adoption patterns and friction points.
• Culture & Advocacy: Support internal communication to make AI approachable; build connections with AI champions; translate generative AI developments into practical guidance; reinforce responsible AI use and data privacy standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (rising junior/senior) or Master's degree.
• Demonstrated hands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) with tangible examples of usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, and learns quickly.
• Curious and collaborative with an eagerness to share insights.
Compensation & Details
• Work Hours: Up to 40 hours per week.
• Pay Rate: $23 - $28 per hour.
• Job Type: Internship.
