Outpatient Team (Ellensburg)
Program Overview
The Outpatient Mental Health Team provides therapeutic services to adults, children/families experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and co-occurring substance use. This internship placement offers practical training in community-based behavioral health, with weekly clinical supervision provided by a licensed mental health professional.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) Internship
• Responsibility and Learning Opportunities:
• Develop and implement OT interventions focused on life skills, social skills, and daily functioning.
• Conduct assessments related to occupational performance and participation.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate OT perspectives into individualized care plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups targeting occupational engagement and community integration.
