Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Project Superintendent based in the United States. The Project Superintendent will learn and be involed in being responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring the delivery of quality work in a safe and efficient manner. Key tasks will include coordinating construction schedules, supervising staff on-site, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring adherence to project budgets and safety standards. The role requires active collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
• Strong willinginess to learn and grow thwir Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to project specifications
• Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and protocols to maintain safe work environments
• Proficiency in Budgeting and managing project costs efficiently
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced on-site environment
• Previous experience in similar roles or academic focus on construction management or related fields is a plus
