The Experience You’ll Create

The Marketing Communications Summer Intern will support external communications, content development, and brand storytelling efforts across the organization. This role is focused on writing, editing, and refining content across channels, helping ensure a consistent, clear, and compelling voice in how we show up to clients, prospects, and partners.

This internship provides hands-on experience in copyediting, message development, and supporting integrated communications across digital and sales channels.

• Support development and execution of external communications across channels
• Draft and edit content for emails, website copy, proposals, and marketing materials
• Provide copyediting support to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
• Assist with development of sales and marketing materials, including one-pagers and presentations
• Support content writing, scheduling, and coordination with creative
• Help maintain and organize content calendars and communication timelines
• Conduct research to support messaging, positioning, and content development
• Assist in maintaining consistency across all outward-facing communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and events


Ingredients For Thriving

• Senior in college pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Strong interest in writing, editing, and external communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to adapt tone and voice across different types of content and audiences
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable receiving and applying feedback to improve content
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content development principles preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
