Internship Description

Sales & Events Intern — Course CoutureLocation: Denver Metro Area (on-site for events; some remote/flexible work) Type: Internship — Unpaid base, with commission, performance bonuses, and booking bonuses Time Commitment: 10–15 hours/week Reports to: Founder
About Course CoutureCourse Couture is a women-owned, fashion-forward golf accessories brand focused on elevating style, confidence, and community in the women's golf space. We're a growing, women-owned brand looking for someone who's excited to get our product in front of Golf Clubs and shops.
About the RoleWe're looking for a sales-driven, people-first intern to help grow Course Couture's presence through wholesale partnerships and in-person pop-up events. This is a hands-on, experience-building role — you'll help bring new pro shops on board, and you'll be the face of Course Couture at women's golf events across the area. This internship is structured around commission and performance-based earnings rather than an hourly wage, making it a great fit for someone looking to build real sales and events experience while earning based on results.
What You'll DoWholesale Growth
• Identify and reach out to pro shops, golf retailers, and clubs to build new wholesale partnerships
• Support outreach campaigns and follow up with prospective accounts
• Help manage relationships with existing wholesale partners
Pop-Up Events
• Source and secure pop-up opportunities at member-guest tournaments, ladies' league nights, and other women's-focused golf and lifestyle events
• Represent Course Couture on-site — engaging attendees, answering questions, and driving sales
• Handle event set-up and break-down (tables, signage, product displays)
• Track and reconcile event inventory before and after each pop-up
What We're Looking For• Comfortable initiating conversations and pitching a product with confidence
• Prior experience in sales, retail, events, or brand ambassador work preferred
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented — especially around inventory tracking
• Able to lift/carry event materials and be on your feet during pop-ups
• Familiarity with golf or the women's golf community is a big plus, not required
• Own transportation and flexibility to work some evenings/weekends for events
• Able to commit 10–15 hours per week
CompensationThis is an unpaid internship — there is no hourly wage. Instead, this role is designed to reward performance directly:
• Commission on wholesale deals closed and pop-up events worked
• Booking bonuses for securing pop-up event opportunities
• Performance bonuses tied to pop-up sales results
This structure is intended for someone looking to gain real-world sales and events experience, build a portfolio of relationships in the golf industry, and earn based on the results they drive — rather than a fixed hourly rate.
Why Join Course Couture• Get in on the ground floor of a growing, women-founded golf brand
• Build real, resume-worthy sales and events experience
• Meet and build relationships across the local golf community
• Flexible schedule built around event availability
• Uncapped earning potential through commission, bonuses, and booking incentives
• Employee discount on all Course Couture product
