6-Week Program, 4 days a week (M-TH), 3 days in-person
Compensation: $3,500 over 6 weeks
About Creative Spirit
Creative Spirit US is a nonprofit organization specialized in supporting neurodiverse people—including those with Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities—in finding and retaining fair-wage jobs. We actively empower organizations through training to embrace neurodiversity, helping them harness the unique innovation and creativity that neurodivergent individuals bring to the modern workplace.

Who Should Register?
We recruit for a wide range of full-time and part-time positions. While we have a strong presence in the New York Metro Area (including NJ and CT), we also recruit for roles in other states and offer various remote opportunities.
We Welcome Candidates With
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience (Associate's or Bachelor's degree).
• Prior job or internship experience.

Paid Summer Internship
Job Description
Join Scripps for a hands-on summer internship that delivers real-world experience and a comprehensive view of today’s media landscape. This program immerses students in cross-functional work across Sales, Marketing, Sports, Analytics, and Research, providing practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to multi-platform media strategies.
What You'll Do
Support day‑to‑day activities across sales and marketing teams, including client research, create proposals and market research.
Assist on all aspects of the media business.
Help the Analytics and Research teams gather and analyze audience and performance data to inform recommendations and learn pricing and inventory.
Contribute to integrated presentations and pitch materials for internal and external stakeholders
Participate in team meetings, brainstorms and learning sessions with leaders across departments
Mentorship: Regular check‑ins with team leads and project ownership opportunities
Final Project to be presented to team at the end of internship.
What You’ll Learn
• How media business operates across all platforms including TV, digital, streaming and live/sports.
• Best practices for campaign strategy, proposal development and client communication
• Data‑driven audience insights and how they inform sales and marketing decisions
• Cross‑department collaboration and project management in a fast‑paced media environment
What You'll Need
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (marketing, communications, business, sports management, data analytics or related fields)
at an accredited college or university.
• Rising Junior or Senior in College/University.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and reporting tools
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to commit to a full‑time summer schedule including be available to be in the Scripps Network NYC Office 3 days a week
• Be available to work June 21, 2026 through July 31, 2026 (6 week program)
• Good people skills and sociability.
