We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant & Growth Intern
DOPE VZN is looking for a driven college student or recent graduate to join our team.
This isn’t a typical internship. It’s an opportunity to work inside a growing creative agency that partners with athletes, schools, brands, nonprofits, and businesses to tell stories that matter.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, curious, and excited to learn what it takes to build a creative business from the inside.
What You’ll Do
• Manage calendars and scheduling
• Coordinate meetings and client follow-ups
• Research potential clients and partnership opportunities
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Help maintain our sales pipeline and CRM
• Support day-to-day business operations
What We’re Looking For
• Current college student or recent graduate
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable building relationships and starting conversations
• Interest in sports, media, marketing, branding, or entrepreneurship
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
Position Details
📍 Chicago (Hybrid)
💰 $250/week
⏰ 15–20 hours per week
At DOPE
VZN, you won’t spend your internship making coffee or sitting on the sidelines. You’ll gain real-world experience helping grow a creative agency while working on projects across sports, branding, content, and business development.
