Program Overview:
We’re excited to offer an internship opportunity to join our Marketing team, to work on & get exposure to all things Influencer Marketing & PR. Interns will work closely to execute influencer strategy, accelerate gifting programs, and take the lead on social listening initiatives that help drive brand awareness and engagement.
Internship Duration:
• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• End Date: August 14, 2026
• Schedule: Monday ~ Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Brainstorm & ideate influencer activations to support launch priorities
• Assist in coordinating influencer mailers and product sendouts
• Identify influencer relations and gifting opportunities through social monitoring
• Place product sample orders for influencer campaigns and activations
• Identify & execute “surprise and delight” gifting initiatives
• Develop weekly influencer buzz and nail trend reports
• Support building launch recaps across key initiatives
Mentorship & Learning Opportunities:
Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting live influencer campaigns. Through mentorship, you will learn how to:
• Manage and track influencer outreach and relationship-building efforts
• Understand how influencer marketing drives brand awareness and sales impact
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and fulfillment teams
• Identify emerging influencer and social media trends
• Develop project management skills through real campaign execution
Desired Qualifications:
• Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate students preferred
• Prior internship experience in marketing, influencer relations, PR, or related fields. Beauty experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in influencer culture, beauty, and social media trends
• Highly organized with strong communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Compensation Range: $20 hourly
