Dee Zee, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Training Intern to support our operational and safety training programs. This internship offers hands-on experience with learning management systems, safety compliance, and workforce training while contributing directly to employee readiness on the plant floor.
Accountabilitie
• sAssist with administration and data management in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• .Track and analyze training records to identify lapses in certifications or required training coverage
• .Support plant safety training initiatives, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation
• .Participate in weekly orientation sessions for new employees
• .Help maintain training databases and generate reports for the training team
• .Provide support on special projects related to safety and manufacturing training programs
