Internship Description

Would you like to spend your summer working at Deltek, named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers? As an Onboarding Success (OS) Intern, you will work closely with the Computer Ease Payroll Tax, Engagement, and Onboarding teams, supporting external customer programs and internal team members.
In this role, you will represent the voice of the customer and help drive positive improvements to the customer experience. You will collaborate across internal teams to build strong customer relationships throughout the onboarding journey. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm for understanding customer success metrics, and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with new user account setup
• Support onboarding event attendance tracking
• Assist with Smartsheet dashboard creation
• Track onboarding activities and ensure tasks are completed within defined response times
• Support the team with additional projects as needed
• Assist with process documentation

• Ability to multitask, manage multiple customers, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment


Qualifications
• Current undergraduate student enrolled in a 4‑year university or college
• Preferred fields of study: Business, Sales, or Communications (all majors considered)
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Ability to work remotely for 8–10 weeks, 32–40 hours per week
• Works effectively with minimal supervision in a remote environment
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Proficient with computers, MS Office, internet research, and online tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities
• Strong organizational skills to effectively track customer information and follow up as needed
