Dependable Life Solutions is hiring a Recruiting Intern to help us grow our team of life insurance sales agents nationwide. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be sourcing, reaching out to, and screening candidates while learning real recruiting and sales skills.
You’ll be using LinkedIn and job boards to find candidates, connecting through calls, texts, and email, and helping move candidates through the interview process. It’s a fast-paced role with a strong focus on communication and consistency.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable talking with new people. An interest in recruiting, sales, or business is a plus.
This is a $15/hour paid internship with real, practical experience and a clear path to a full-time recruiting role based on performance.
