We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee benefits, and administrative processes within a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site full time internship in Allendale NJ.
Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Contribute to multiple areas of HR, including employee benefit services
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
• Support HR projects and reporting as needed
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Able to work M-F 8:30am to 5pm in Allendale Corporate Office
Preferred
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
