Internship Summary
An HR Intern would help support the front area of the manufacturing operation while the HR Coordinator takes on additional responsibilities. They could assist employees with basic administrative tasks, communication, and coordination so staff can stay focused on production and maintain an efficient workflow.

This Human Resources internship would benefit a student by giving them hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, allowing them to learn how operations, communication, and production support work in a real workplace. This experience can help them build their resume and career readiness for future roles in manufacturing or business operations.
Duties/Projects
• Assist employees with administrative tasks - filing, data entry, logging production info.
• Coordinate communication - relay messages between staff, supervisors, and departments.
• Support production workflow - help prepare materials, track inventory, or organize tools.
• Greet and guide visitors or vendors - ensure smooth check-ins and directions on-site.
• Document and report - maintain simple production records, checklists, or daily logs.
• Monitor schedules - assist in tracking shifts, breaks, or task assignments.
• Safety support - help ensure safety signage, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards.
• General office support - photocopying, scanning, or distributing internal communications.
