Registered Dietitian - Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000-$115,000per year (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Essential Functions
• Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments and individualized care plans within required timelines
• Provide recommendations to Nursing, Dietary Services, and physicians on nutritional care
• Monitor, evaluate, and document resident nutritional status
• Review and approve menus to ensure nutritional adequacy and palatability
• Participate in Nutrition, Hydration, and Skin Committee meetings
• Provide in-service education for staff as required
• Support dietary staff training and development
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Service Administration (or as required by state regulations)
• Completion of Dietetic Internship or equivalent
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
• State licensure/certification (as required by California regulations)
• Long-term care or food service supervisory experience preferred
