About The Internship
The Summer 2026 Marketing Intern will support the Social Media Operations team, with a focus on community engagement, content sourcing, and performance insights across Topps and Fanatics Collectibles social platforms. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about social media, storytelling, and online communities, and who want real-world experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
What You’ll Do
• Engage with the Topps and Fanatics Collectibles online communities by monitoring and responding to comments across social platforms in a timely, thoughtful, and professional manner
• Monitor social mentions, tags, and direct messages to identify relevant collector stories, trends, and engagement opportunities
• Support user-generated content initiatives by sourcing content through social platforms and coordinating outreach to collectors for video and photo assets
• Assist with social media performance tracking, reporting, and basic insights to help inform ongoing optimization efforts
• Collaborate with the Social Media Operations team on projects and day-to-day activities.
What You Bring
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field preferred)
• Strong interest in social media, digital communities, and brand engagement
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Discord)
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in sports, collectibles, or fan-driven culture is a plus, but not required

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00.
