Marketing Internship Opportunity | White Plains, NY
Looking to turn what you're learning in the classroom into real-world marketing experience?
Gerber Life Insurance is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team in White Plains, NY. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced marketing professionals while gaining hands-on exposure to customer engagement, campaign execution, analytics and the customer journey.

Internship & Location Requirements
This internship has the potential to continue for up to one year, based on business needs and other applicable considerations. The work schedule will be coordinated around the intern's school schedule.
This is an onsite internship at our White Plains, NY office. Candidates must currently live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office and be able to work onsite as scheduled.
What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life of a Marketing Intern!
• Support lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, direct mail and other customer communication channels
• Assist with campaign coordination, creative assets, schedules and project tracking
• Participate in campaign quality assurance (QA) before communications are deployed
• Help gather campaign results, organize marketing metrics and prepare basic reports
• Gain exposure to customer journeys, onboarding, engagement, retention and cross-sell strategies
• Research marketing trends, customer engagement strategies and industry best practices
• Collaborate with Marketing and other business partners on campaigns and special projects
• Learn how data, marketing technology and customer insights come together to create meaningful customer experiences
What We're Looking For
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital/Traditional Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field
• Interest in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement and digital/traditional marketing
• Curious, organized and detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with Excel is a plus
• Exposure to email marketing, CRM/marketing automation, analytics or project management tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn new marketing technologies and work collaboratively in a professional environment
