Job Summary
Heli America is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Office Intern to support the coordination of internal business activities, cross-functional initiatives, and special projects. This internship provides broad exposure to corporate operations, executive-level decision-making, and the day-to-day management of an international business.
The ideal candidate is interested in gaining a deeper understanding of how different business functions work together and is comfortable communicating with employees and leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Executive Office in coordinating internal meetings, business activities, and cross-functional projects.
• Assist with meeting agendas, presentation materials, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
• Coordinate communication and information flow among departments, management teams, and company locations.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and outstanding action items to support timely execution.
• Conduct business research and organize operational information to support management planning and decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, business summaries, and internal communications.
• Support executive visits, company events, and other special business initiatives.
• Maintain organized records and handle confidential or sensitive business information with professionalism.
• Perform other administrative and project-based assignments as needed.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Professional judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Interest in business operations, corporate management, and organizational strategy.
• Bilingual English and Chinese or English and Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
