Holloway Health & Life Benefits, LLC is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable intern interested in gaining meaningful, hands-on experience supporting the founder of a growing health and life insurance brokerage focused on serving families, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.
This internship is designed for students who want real-world experience in executive support, business operations, entrepreneurship, and client relationship management while working closely with a small business owner in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
The intern will have the opportunity to contribute to daily operations that help improve productivity, organization, communication, and client support efforts across the business.
What You Will Work On
Depending on your strengths and academic focus, internship projects and responsibilities may include:
Executive & Administrative Support
• Managing calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
• Assisting with email organization and follow-up communication
• Helping organize tasks, priorities, and workflow management
• Supporting organization of projects, systems, and business processes
Client Communication & Relationship Support
• Following up with prospective and existing clients as needed
• Assisting with appointment confirmations and scheduling
• Supporting client outreach and relationship-building efforts
• Maintaining professional communication and accurate records
Business Operations & Entrepreneurship
• Supporting the daily operations of a growing independent brokerage
• Assisting with event preparation, networking logistics, and tabling events
• Helping maintain organization across multiple business initiatives
• Supporting process improvement and operational efficiency efforts
Professional & Community Engagement
• Exposure to networking opportunities and local business relationships
• Working alongside a founder and entrepreneur in a professional environment
• Learning how client relationships and business operations work together to support growth
