We are looking for motivated hospitality students, recent graduates and experienced Food & Beverage professionals who are serious about developing their international hospitality careers.Candidates should meet one of the following backgrounds:Currently studying:Currently studying Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage or a related programme at university or another recognised higher-education institution, with previous Food & Beverage internship or work experience.Recent graduate:Graduated from a relevant Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or Food & Beverage programme and currently working in a Food & Beverage role.Experienced professional: At least 5 years of full-time professional Food & Beverage experience, which may qualify the candidate for the J-1 Trainee category even without a hospitality degree.Additional requirements:• Good English communication skills• Professional attitude and strong customer-service focus• Good teamwork and communication skills• Adaptability and willingness to learn• Genuine interest in developing a career in Food & Beverage• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment• Must be available to move forward promptly with the U.S. J-1 programme process if selected, including required interviews, documentation and programme payments • Must meet the applicable U.S. J-1 Intern or Trainee eligibility requirements
