🇺🇸 WORK & TRAIN IN SOUTH FLORIDA THIS OCTOBERPaid Food & Beverage J-1 Intern/Trainee-ship | $18/hour | Housing ProvidedTraining 4 Hospitality is recruiting motivated hospitality students, recent hospitality graduates and experienced Food & Beverage professionals for a 12-month paid Food & Beverage J-1 Internship/Trainee opportunity with a private beachfront club in South Florida.🌴 October 2026 start 💰 $18/hour – paid weekly 🏠 Staff housing approximately $165/week 🚗 Complimentary transportation between housing and the club 🍽 Complimentary meals during scheduled work shifts 👕 Uniforms providedYou'll gain hands-on Food & Beverage experience in a professional private club environment while living and working in South Florida.🍽 FOOD & BEVERAGE EXPERIENCEThe training is focused on Front of House Food & Beverage operations, with experience that may include:• Restaurant and dining room service • Poolside and beach service • Member and guest interaction • Food running and service support • Banquets and club events • Professional hospitality and service standardsThis is a non-tipping private club environment, giving participants valuable experience in professional member service and Food & Beverage operations.🏠 HOUSINGStaff accommodation is arranged for participants at approximately $165 per week, plus a $5 weekly security deposit.The accommodation is provided in furnished 2-bedroom / 2-bath apartments, with two participants sharing each bedroom.Apartments include:• Standard furniture • Bed and bath linens • Kitchen essentials • Basic cleaning essentials • Wi-Fi • TVApartments are separated by gender.💰 SPECIAL OCTOBER 2026 PROGRAMME FEEWe've arranged a special payment structure for this October 2026 opportunity to reduce the amount candidates need to provide before travelling to the USA.Total Training 4 Hospitality programme fee: $3,745The payment structure is:$400 – Registration Fee Payable when you register for the programme.$1,545 – Programme Fee Payable if you are selected by the Host Company.$1,800 – Host Company Advance The Host Company advances $1,800 towards the participant's programme fee. This amount is subsequently repaid by the participant during the programme under the agreed repayment arrangement with the Host Company.Total: $3,745This means the candidate's initial payments to T4H total $1,945, while the Host Company advances the remaining $1,800.🇺🇸 J-1 PROGRAMMEThis opportunity forms part of a structured U.S. J-1 Internship/Trainee programme managed by Training 4 Hospitality and our U.S. sponsorship partners.T4H supports candidates through:• Candidate screening • Host employer interview • J-1 sponsorship coordination • Visa preparation • Pre-departure support • Ongoing programme supportCandidates should not contact the Host Company directly. We are looking for motivated hospitality students, recent graduates and experienced Food & Beverage professionals who are serious about developing their international hospitality careers.Candidates should meet one of the following backgrounds:Currently studying:Currently studying Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage or a related programme at university or another recognised higher-education institution, with previous Food & Beverage internship or work experience.Recent graduate:Graduated from a relevant Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or Food & Beverage programme and currently working in a Food & Beverage role.Experienced professional: At least 5 years of full-time professional Food & Beverage experience, which may qualify the candidate for the J-1 Trainee category even without a hospitality degree.Additional requirements:• Good English communication skills• Professional attitude and strong customer-service focus• Good teamwork and communication skills• Adaptability and willingness to learn• Genuine interest in developing a career in Food & Beverage• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment• Must be available to move forward promptly with the U.S. J-1 programme process if selected, including required interviews, documentation and programme payments • Must meet the applicable U.S. J-1 Intern or Trainee eligibility requirements
