We are actively seeking a Business Development Intern for Summer 2026. Finally – You must take your work very seriously and yourself NOT so much!
Position Overview
Your internship will be in-office and structured across three phases designed to build your skills progressively — from operational understanding to active business development: Company Immersion, HubSpot Training & BDR Ramp, and business development over the course of 8 weeks.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Conducting outbound prospecting calls.
• Logging all activity and interactions accurately in HubSpot CRM.
• Qualifying leads and identifying decision-makers at target accounts.
• Maintaining clean, properly associated CRM records at all times.
• Participating in weekly coaching and feedback sessions.
• Completing a final presentation summarizing market insights and results.
You will be supported with prospect lists, call scripts, branding guidelines, CRM training, and regular coaching throughout the program.
Performance Incentives
• In addition to your hourly compensation, you will be eligible for performance incentives tied to lead generation outcomes
