• Network Expansion: Research potential international partners and actively support outreach and onboarding under supervision.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain and update CRM records and assist with pipeline tracking using CRM and project management tools.

• Brand Support: Support senior representatives in partner communications, meetings, and event preparation.

What We’re Looking For• Education / Early Experience: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing is a plus.

• Industry Interest (Beneficial): Interest in Migration Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Luxury Real Estate is an advantage.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and digital tools; willingness to learn is essential.

• Communication:
Professional working proficiency in English (C1).

• Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable reaching out to new contacts under guidance.

• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of KPIs and interest in performance-based outcomes.

Why Immigrant Invest?• Short-Term, High-Impact Experience: A 3–4 week internship focused on practical business development and partnership building.

• Performance-Based Compensation: This internship is unpaid, with a €200 bonus paid per successfully established partnership.

• Remote & Flexible: Fully remote internship with flexible working hours focused on results, not time tracking.

• Growth Opportunities: Strong performers may be considered for paid Junior or Business Development roles after the internship.

• Collaborative Culture: Direct access to leadership, mentorship, and a transparent work environment.
