Overview of the Global Internship Program:
Our 2026 Global Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in their field of study, offering professional growth, mentorship, and valuable networking opportunities.

What does the internship program entail?
As a People Ops Intern, you will join IPC’s Global People team and work closely with People Operations and Benefits stakeholders, supporting employees across AMERS and EMEA regions.


This internship provides exposure to the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR operations, benefits administration, data accuracy, and employee experience. You will support day-to-day People activities while contributing to global programs that promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and operational excellence.


You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and international team that manages multiple priorities and plays a key role in shaping the employee experience at IPC.


You may also:
• Provide HR administrative support to employees across AMERS and EMEA.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, coordination, and system access.
• Support benefits-related activities, including employee inquiries, enrollment support, and data validation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for current and former employees.
• Support updates, audits, and reporting within the HRIS system (Oracle Cloud)
• Assist with People programs, including Wellness, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Reward & Recognition.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, Town Halls, and internal communications.
• Assist with the review and maintenance of internal HR materials and policies
• Contribute to ad-hoc People Ops projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI tools or automation to improve People Ops & Benefits processes, workflows, or operational efficiency, and share recommendations with the team.

Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in the Role:
• Recent graduate or in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.


Preferred / Advantageous:
• Interest in People Operations, HR Administration, and/or Benefits.
• Exposure to HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle HCM is a plus).
• Comfort working with data, documentation, and confidential information.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate or international environment.

Additional Information:

We spend around 60% of our time in the office and around 40% of our time working remotely. Some individuals may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.


Your precise work schedule will be determined by you, your Line Manager and HR before commencement of your internship program with IPC.
