Job Title: Solutions Adoption Intern
Location: New York
Date Available: Summer 2026
Reports to: Assistant Director, Solutions Adoption
Salary: $18/hour


Job purpose
The Solutions Adoption Intern will support the Solutions Adoption team in driving awareness and adoption of ISDA’s priority digital solutions, including Digital Regulatory Reporting (DRR), ISDA Create, and Notices Hub.
The intern will work closely with the New York-based Solutions Adoption team, supporting the day-to-day execution of adoption-related activities such as member engagement, preparation of adoption materials, research, CRM support, and tracking adoption progress. As the internship progresses, the intern will increasingly take ownership of defined tasks.
This role is highly collaborative and provides hands-on exposure to ISDA’s Digital Transformation initiatives, offering the intern a practical understanding of how industry-wide solutions are adopted, supported, and scaled.


Duties and responsibilities
Support Adoption of ISDA’s Digital Solutions
• Support the preparation of adoption and onboarding materials for ISDA’s digital solutions, including presentations, trackers, and briefing documents
• Assist with day-to-day adoption activities related to DRR, ISDA Create, and Notices Hub
• Support DRR proof-of-concepts (PoCs) in the North America region, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentation
• Conduct background research on member firms, including firm structure, business activities, and relevant stakeholders
• Assist in maintaining and updating adoption trackers, CRM records, and internal documentation
• Support member engagement by joining calls, taking notes, preparing follow-up materials, and tracking progress toward adoption
• Coordinate with internal teams, including policy, digital transformation, communications, and conferences, to support adoption initiatives
• Help ensure internal teams have up-to-date information on product features, use cases, and adoption status


Project Management
• Assist in maintaining short- and medium-term plans related to solution adoption activities
• Support the preparation of reports and summaries on adoption milestones and progress
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, contacts, actions, and adoption status
• Help coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and member engagements


Relationship Management
• Support relationship-building efforts with ISDA member firms through structured outreach and follow-up
• Shadow senior team members on member calls and, over time, independently manage defined member touchpoints with guidance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across ISDA to support adoption objectives


Market Knowledge
• Conduct research on industry topics relevant to ISDA members and digital solutions
• Learn about key trends in derivatives markets, regulatory developments, and industry initiatives
• Develop an understanding of ISDA’s role in driving standardization and innovation across global markets


Technical Specialist:
• Develop working knowledge of ISDA’s digital solutions and how members use them
• Support CRM management activities (e.g., HubSpot), including data entry and updates
• Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create trackers, presentations, and internal documentation


Education
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering/technology, or a related field.


Relevant Skills / Abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to conduct research and synthesize information clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools a plus
• Interest in AI, financial services, technology, digital products, or regulatory topics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn with a positive attitude
• Professional and comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders
• Willing to shadow calls with external stakeholders and, over time, chair and run defined meetings
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with guidance
• Curious, motivated, and interested in developing a career in financial services or technology


Experience
Prior internship, academic project, or relevant coursework related to finance, technology, business development, or operations is beneficial but not required.
