Job Summary
The Event Marketing Operations Intern will support the US Events Team across both backend operations and on-site execution. This role is primarily focused on internal processes, coordination with global HQ, and operational support including inventory management and event production.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event Operations & Backend Support
• Assist with internal event workflows, including approvals, documentation, and SOP development
• Support event production processes such as vendor coordination, asset tracking, and logistics planning
• Help manage product inventory, including tracking, allocation, and write-offs across events
• Maintain organized records of event materials, shipments, and inventory movement
Global Coordination
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams at our China HQ
• Support HQ governance processes, including documentation, approvals, and reporting
Project Management & Execution
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple events simultaneously
• Assist in pre-event planning and support occasional on-site execution
• Support post-event reporting, including inventory reconciliation and operational summaries
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Interest in event marketing, brand activations, or experiential marketing
• Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, or production workflows
• Passion for photography, cameras, or consumer tech
• Previous internship or experience in events, operations, or marketing is a plus
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
Additional Requirements
• Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles
• Willingness to travel and support on-site events as needed
