Integrity Partner Office in Plano, is looking for a driven individual to train as a Financial Protection Specialist. This paid internship is built for someone early in their career who wants hands-on coaching in the wealth planning, insurance, and retirement planning space, working alongside experienced advisors in a live production environment.
You'll learn how to help families and individuals protect their income, build retirement strategies, and plan for long-term financial security through income protection centered products and approaches. This is a coached, mentorship-driven role, not a sink-or-swim placement. You'll shadow producers, sit in on real client conversations, and build your skills through structured training.
