Position: HR Intern
Location: JTM Products – Solon, OH
Hours & Duration: Up to 30 hours / week | 3 Months


Job Description:


We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship is the perfect opportunity to explore different areas of HR while building valuable skills that will support your career growth.


Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with pre-employment steps.
• Prepare onboarding materials, process new hire documentation, and schedule orientation sessions for incoming employees.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Conduct audits of employee records and HR files to ensure compliance; scan and maintain employee electronic documents and organize files accordingly.
• Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program and actively working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• High level of confidentiality in all matters of the job.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
