The Product Operations Intern will support the core Product & Operations team by assisting in operational tasks, data analysis, user feedback collection, and workflow automation to ensure the success of the AI Recruiting Agent.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the AI Recruiting Agent, ensuring tasks are executed accurately and on time to meet customer hiring goals
• Help monitor Agent performance metrics. Clean, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Support the team in reviewing customer interactions and workflows. Categorize and document user feedback to provide actionable insights for the Product team
• Work closely with the Product Operations Manager and the engineering team to test new internal AI tools and report bugs or inefficiencies
• Assist in exploring and implementing AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve team efficiency
Qualification
Required
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with our engineering team
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus, but not required
• A strong executor who takes initiative. You don't just wait for instructions; you actively look for ways to help the team move faster and solve problems
• You take pride in your work, double-check your data, and care deeply about delivering high-quality results
• A strong curiosity about AI technologies, SaaS products, and how they can disrupt traditional industries like recruiting
Preferred
• Prior internship experience in product management, operations, data analysis, or the talent acquisition/HR tech space
