Job Summary
The Program Managing Intern supports the Startup Accelerating Team with day-to-day project operations, event planning and execution, and communications activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, and project management.

Term of internship
May 04 2026 – October 31 2026

Job Responsibilities
• Support the team with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors and speakers.
• Support the team with running the acceleration program.
• Collate content for each event and ensure each event runs smoothly.
• Support team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including report generation and database maintenance.
• Support overall team with program management trackers

Additional Comments
• Given the time zone differences between Korea and Washington, D.C., interns should be reasonably flexible with their availability to accommodate assigned tasks.
• Fluency in both Korean and English is a requirement for this position.

Basic Qualifications
• Bilingual proficiency in both Korean and English is required.
• Must be a current undergraduate student or possess a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong interest in startup, entrepreneurship, or innovation is a plus.
• High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G-suite, Zoom, Canva, etc.)

Compensation
This position requires a minimum of 20 hours of work per week. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $25, depending on qualifications. Daily working hours are flexible and open to discussion. Additional hours possible upon request from KIC DC.
