LandIB is the interview coach for Chinese international students recruiting for Wall Street. We're building the bilingual prep platform that gets students from application to signed offer — with expert-curated technical drills, mock interviews, resume analysis, and story coaching.
Founded by an ex-Goldman TMT banker (Ivy League, now in PE), we're growing fast and building the tools we wish existed when we recruited.
What you'll do
• Review and expand our technical interview question bank across accounting, valuation, DCF, LBO, M&A, and behavioral
• Write high-quality Q&A pairs modeled on real IB interview questions
• Audit AI-generated content for accuracy, banker voice, and interview realism
• Contribute to model answer development with mechanical precision (correct calculations, clear reasoning, judgment calls)
• Help build content for new features (financial modeling walkthroughs, deal analysis, market news)
• Provide feedback on user experience and content quality from a candidate's perspective
What we're looking for
Required:
• Current Undergrad with some IB experience
• Strong grasp of technical interview content across accounting, valuation, and modeling
• Attention to detail — you catch when math doesn't tie out
• Clear written communication in English
• Bilingual (English/Chinese)
• Familiarity with Excel, financial modeling

To be clear
This isn't a mentorship-only role or an "advisor" title on a resume. You'll be doing real content work that ships to real students. Expect to spend 10-15 hours per week actively creating and reviewing content.
