What you will enjoy doing*
• In this role you will gain hands‑on experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, regulatory frameworks, and internal processes used to prepare external sustainability disclosures
• Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures, including ESG metrics, data validation, and stakeholder questionnaires such as S&P Global CSA and EcoVadis
• You will partner with cross‑functional teams to collect and validate supporting data
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sustainability data is part of your role
• Support ESG regulatory tracking, benchmarking, and peer analysis
• You will conduct sustainability research and data analysis
• Communicate progress, identify risks, and support timeline management
• Participate in team meetings and decision‑making
What Makes You Great
• You must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or related field
• You will need a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability or ESG reporting
• Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• You have strong organization and attention to detail, as well as effective collaboration across functions and locations
• Clear written and verbal communication are required in this role
• Interest or experience in data analysis and reporting tools
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities

This is an on-site internship working out of our Danbury, CT Headquarters 5 days/wk, Full-time for 10 weeks May-Aug.
