About Live Lifted Co.
Live Lifted Co. is a women’s health, fitness, and wellness company focused on helping women build sustainable strength, confidence, and wellness that fit into real life.
We are currently growing our online coaching, content, digital resources, marketing systems, and overall brand.
I’m looking for a creative, organized, self-motivated intern who wants hands-on experience helping build an early-stage company.
You’ll work directly alongside the founder and gain exposure to branding, content, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship.
What You’ll Gain Experience In:
* Supporting social media planning, content organization, repurposing, and occasional in-person filming days
* Creating Canva graphics, marketing materials, and digital resources
* Helping maintain brand consistency across platforms
* Organizing projects, files, tasks, and internal systems
* Supporting lead organization, outreach, and follow-up
* Assisting with online coaching launches and client-facing materials
* Researching marketing, partnership, and growth opportunities
* Supporting day-to-day founder and business operations
* Participating in brainstorming and helping turn ideas into action

* Have experience with, or are willing to learn, tools like Canva, Google Workspace, social media platforms, project-management tools, and AI
You do not need to know everything coming into this role.
Initiative, reliability, creativity, and willingness to learn matter more than having the perfect résumé.
Location & Schedule
This is a hybrid internship based in the Phoenix / West Valley, Arizona area.
5-10 hours a week.
Most work can be completed remotely, but the intern must be available for occasional in-person meetings and content filming days.
The schedule will be flexible and established together based on availability and current business priorities.
Internship Details
Term: Fall 2026
Compensation: Unpaid educational internship
Academic Credit: Live Lifted Co. is happy to support interns seeking academic credit where available. Interns are responsible for confirming eligibility and requirements with their college or university.
Future Opportunities: Continued or paid opportunities may become available based on business growth, performance, business needs, and mutual fit.
