Program Overview
MADE Hoops is seeking an analytical, driven Analyst Intern to support data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll research the youth basketball market, analyze performance across events and operations, and turn data into clear recommendations for leadership. This role offers a rare look at how a market leader makes strategic decisions, ideal for someone pursuing strategy, consulting, finance, or sports business.
Internship Responsibilities
• Research competitors, facilities, and industry trends across North America.
• Analyze event, registration, and financial data to identify trends and measure performance.
• Help build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership a clear view of key business metrics.
• Support cross-functional projects across events, operations, partnerships, and finance.
• Develop recommendations on growth opportunities, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare research summaries and presentations for executive review.
• Leverage AI tools to automate data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
Requirements: College student, strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, passion for sports, excellent communication skills, self-motivated grinder with second-to-none work ethic.
