Internship Details
• Duration: 3 months (Summer 2026)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Batavia, IL, with potential visits to other Chicagoland facilities
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00
• Benefits: This role is not eligible for benefits
Work Environment: Workstation based in Batavia, with opportunities to visit various production sites to observe and document processes.
Final Project: Interns will build a presentation for upper management covering their internship experience, projects worked on, changes made, results achieved, and recommendations for improvement.

Internship Focus Areas
As an Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in:

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess production throughput and operational efficiency for new product lines.
