Internship Description

AI Engineering Intern — AIMS (AI Marketing Services)

In-Person | Part-Time/Full-Time | Paid Internship | $18/hour

What You'll Actually Do

Help us build AI agents that run real marketing campaigns for real clients.

You'll work on projects like:

Building an AI system that writes 50+ personalized LinkedIn posts in under 2 hours

Creating dashboards that automatically track which marketing channels are performing best (and flag problems before anyone notices)

Developing tools that analyze sales call transcripts and surface the top objections across 150+ calls

Shipping automations that save our team 10+ hours per week

The best part? If it works for us, we package it and deploy it to clients. You're not building demos for a grade—you're building products that solve real business problems and generate revenue.

What Makes This Different

Most internships = coffee runs and busywork.

This internship = you'll ship real AI systems using Claude, Cursor, and other cutting-edge tools alongside a team that actually uses what you build.

You'll be assigned to one of our six marketing channels (cold email, content, paid media, SEO, sales, or automation) and help build the AI infrastructure that powers it.

Every project solves a real business problem. Every tool you build gets used. Every win becomes part of our playbook.

What You Need

Some coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar—we care more about problem-solving than perfect syntax)

Curiosity about AI (you've played with ChatGPT, Claude, or other tools and want to build with them)

Willingness to ship fast (we'd rather see a working prototype today than a perfect solution next month)

Bonus: Experience with APIs, data analysis, automation tools, or any AI development

Don't worry if you haven't built production systems yet. That's literally what you'll learn here.

Who Thrives Here

You're the kind of person who:

Reads AI release notes for fun

Has built something (anything!) just to see if you could

Gets excited about turning messy manual processes into automated systems

Likes seeing your work actually get used, not just turned in for a grade

Thinks "could we sell this?" is a cooler question than "will this work?"

What You'll Learn

AI-native development with Claude Code, Cursor, and modern AI tooling

Building with MCP servers, RAG systems, and vector databases

Shipping production tools people actually use

Turning technical solutions into business outcomes

How modern AI-powered agencies actually operate

About AIMS

We productized the marketing playbooks that built a 1,600-member community and turned them into AI-powered services. Now we're building the blueprint for how agencies should operate in the AI era.
