We are looking for a Sales Intern who can represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and professionalism while understanding the psychology behind decision-making and relationship-building. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead Communication & Relationship Building
➔ Engage with inbound and outbound prospects professionally
➔ Understand client requirements and communicate relevant solutions
➔ Build trust-based relationships instead of transactional interactions
➔ Follow up with leads consistently and maintain communication pipelines
➔ Handle conversations across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms
Sales Pipeline Management
➔ Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly
➔ Track conversations, follow-ups, and deal progress accurately
➔ Organise sales data and ensure proper documentation
➔ Assist in maintaining healthy and active sales funnels
Client Coordination & Support
➔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication
➔ Support clients during early-stage interactions and onboarding processes
➔ Help resolve basic queries and maintain professional communication standards
➔ Ensure timely responses and consistent client experience
Market Research & Prospecting
➔ Research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities
➔ Identify relevant decision-makers and outreach opportunities
➔ Understand market trends and competitor positioning
➔ Contribute ideas for improving outreach and conversion strategies
Sales Operations & Execution
➔ Assist in executing outreach campaigns and partnership initiatives
➔ Work alongside marketing and operations teams for aligned growth efforts
➔ Support proposal creation, presentations, and follow-up communication
➔ Learn practical sales workflows used in modern business environments
Micro Project Ownership
➔ Independently manage small sales and outreach initiatives
➔ Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution
➔ Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
➔ Track progress and communicate updates proactively
