Role Description
This is a 20 hr/week remote internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Nomara USA. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client interactions via presentations or calls, supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to training materials. You will also support the sales team in day-to-day tasks, such as lead generation, sales outreach, and performance analysis. You will be expected to update a CRM (Pipedrive) and use multiple touchpoints to source new clients through cold outreach and using our targeted list.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and handle inquiries professionally.
• English C1/C2 English proficiency
• Sales and Sales Management experience or an interest in developing these skills to achieve and exceed goals. Experience in marketing terminology is a plus.
• Ability to participate in Training initiatives and support team development.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient in tools relevant for customer relationship management.
• Prior experience or coursework in sales or marketing is a plus.
Pay: Monthly stipend of $300 USD with a 10% bonus on new client acquisition. Possible conversion to full time after 6 months of successful internship.
