We are seeking a technically strong, detail-oriented Technical Sourcing Intern who understands engineering fundamentals and wants hands-on exposure to technical recruiting.
Role Overview
This internship is performance-driven and ideal for a Junior or Senior college student pursuing:
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Systems
• Or a related technical major (minor accepted)
You will support 2–5 technical positions per month, which may include:
• Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
• Data Engineering / Data Science
• DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure
• AI / ML roles
• Technical Product or Solutions Engineering roles
You will learn how to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies and deliver candidates who convert to interviews.
Performance Expectations (Required)
To qualify for the $800 monthly compensation, the following minimums must be met:
• Minimum 2 qualified submissions per week
• At least 8 qualified submissions per month
• Minimum 4 interviews scheduled per month
• 50% submission-to-interview pass-through rate
Example:
If you submit 8 candidates in a month, at least 4 must convert to client interviews.
This role prioritizes quality, calibration, and technical understanding over resume volume.
Compensation Structure
• $800 per month (contingent upon meeting monthly submission and interview metrics)
• 10% commission on all successful hires you support
• Remote and flexible hours (approximately 10–15 hours per week, depending on role volume)
Responsibilities
• Source technical candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
• Learn to build Boolean search strings for technical stacks
• Review resumes for technical alignment
• Conduct initial candidate qualification outreach
• Submit vetted candidates that meet job requirements
• Track submission-to-interview conversion metrics
• Maintain professional communication with candidates
Required Qualifications
• Current Junior or Senior undergraduate student
• Pursuing a Computer Science degree (or equivalent major or minor)
• Strong understanding of technical stacks (e.g., languages, frameworks, cloud platforms)
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and comfortable working toward performance metrics
• Professional written communication skills
