Oni Vision is a dedicated consulting agency around the anime, gaming and content creator space, focused on elevating brand initiatives within nerd culture.
Oni Vision’s Internship Program exposes interns to a wide variety of business practices in the field of anime, gaming, and content creators. The skills developed, relationships built, and industry learnings during the program are meant to help interns to set their foot in the door and prepare them for a successful career in the entertainment industry.
The interns in this program will participate in a variety of initiatives including influencer marketing campaigns (across shortform, livestreaming, and longform platforms), brand strategies, licensing deals, and more.
Opportunity to work with a variety of Oni Vision clients. This will be a 3-month internship program with a start date in August or September 2026, with the potential of an extension.
We Are Looking For:
College students actively enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate program, who have at least Junior standing in undergraduate studies, or recent college grads looking for deeper experience in the entertainment industry.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be highly motivated
- Have a strong understanding of the influencer / content creator space
- Have a massive passion and personal fandom for anime, gaming, and nerd culture – having a perspective on the industries from both a consumer and business perspective
- Handle multitasking with numerous initiatives and deliverables
- Be organized and data-driven
- Strong writing skills
What You Will Do:
Interns will work directly with Tatiana Tacca (Founder of Oni Vision). Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following area:
- Participating and supporting in client deliverables
- Supporting the Founder on project management of influencer campaigns, including tracking deliverables. Opportunity for creative ideation or proposing talent.
- Deck building
- Opportunity to be creative in brainstorming and suggesting new ideas
- Attending occasional client meetings
- Provide insight & overviews on the latest industry trends and news

What You Need:
- A passion, curiosity and understanding of the anime, gaming and broader nerd culture space
- Knowledge of prominent influencers across the space & social trends
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Creative ability and an “out of the box” mindset
- Fluency and a good understanding of all social media platforms, especially Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter
